Portions of Kay County which includes the entire county except for Ponca City (NO IN-TOWN FARES as it is serviced by another transportation project). Passengers will be picked up at their homes or at a previously designated area anywhere in Kay County. They will be transported to their destination and returned if desired. CST does provide transportation into and out of Ponca City. A fare will be charged depending on the passenger’s pickup location and destination mileage. Blackwell does provide in-town transportation at $1.50 per stop (each time passenger exits the vehicle).

Service hours are based on customer accommodation. It is recommended (if possible) to schedule up to 3 days in advance for intercity and out of town travel. Service hours for in-town transportation provided in Blackwell are 8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday-Friday.
